Race and Justice

We are all about the Kingdom of God: the movement of God, established through Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection, to fulfill the rule of God – “on earth, as it is in heaven”.
As followers of Jesus of Nazareth (a man of color, who was killed unjustly) the violent death of George Floyd and many other people of color, are deeply concerning to us.
In keeping with the deepest convictions of our faith, we stand with Christians all over the country and the Black Community, to call out for justice. Our mission, as always is, to “Do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly with God. (Micah 6:8)” Below are some resources for us, as a community, as we seek to educate ourselves, listen well, love intentionally, work towards a more just and equal community.
