We are excited for you to visit and look forward to meeting you! We have experienced the life-changing grace and love of Jesus and want you to experience that here with us! Below is what you can expect on a Sunday:
When you arrive, visitor parking is closest too to door. If you’d like, you can check your children into our KidZone, pick up a name tag, or grab a cup of coffee or tea in the lobby.
Greeting and Songs- We will start at 10AM with a greeting and prayer. The kids will stay in the sanctuary with their parents for the opening songs.
Welcome – We’ll have some announcements while kids head to the KidZone for classes and activities.
Sermon – Our pastor will give a 30-35 minute message from the Bible. The message is meant to help us know God and follow him into the life he has for us.
Worship – for the next 25 minutes or so, we’ll sing some worship songs. Worship songs are prayers set to music; many people feel the presence of God as they sing these words to God. Some people like to stand the entire time but feel free to stand or sit as you like. Our music is contemporary and we often have a full band.
Prayer – At the end of every service, we give an opportunity to receive individual prayer.
After the service, we’d love to meet you in the lobby! You may want to hang out, grab a cup of tea or fair-trade coffee, and meet others at the Vineyard. If you are with us for the first time, please fill out a connection card and give it to one of the pastors at the Welcome Table in the front of the lobby. This is a great way for us to get to know you – and for every connection card we receive we give $5 to Project Just Because, which helps families in need in our community.
Giving – We don’t have a time to collect an offering during the service. There is a tithes and offerings box in the back for those who embrace the mission of the Vineyard Church.
